Tasting note
Expressive aromas of dark berries, plums and black pepper, complemented by notes of mocha, cedarwood and a touch of vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins, well-integrated acidity and a long, spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled meat, rack of lamb or game dishes. Also excellent with spicy dishes such as braised beef or spicy stews as well as with aged cheese.
