Tasting note
A successful Shiraz interpretation in elegant French style. This Australian Shiraz is powerful and elegant, its tannins have a very fine structure, the alcohol is perfectly integrated and it has a wide range of aromas that last a long time: rose and magnolia, cassis, blackberry and lime, eucalyptus and lemongrass, licorice and a subtle note of mocha. Helen and Kevin O'Brien from Kangarilla Road are one of the premium Shiraz producers in McLaren Vale.

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Vergärung in traditionellen, offenen Gärbehältern mit sanftem Unterstossen des Tresterhutes. Der Wein reift in Kombination aus 25 % neuen französischen und amerikanischen Barriques, mit ausgeglichener Mischung aus 1, 2, 3 und 4-mal gebrauchten Fässern.
