Tasting note
Inky dark red. Large aroma fan with notes of blueberries, licorice and freshly ground pepper. On the palate, delicious, concentrated syrah sweetness combined with fine barrique aroma, supported by a solid acid-tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent companion for the finest dishes such as grilled beef fillet, back of lamb, back of venison.
