Tasting note
The Shirayuki Edo Genroku is a strong, complex and multi-layered Junmai (Genshu), which has an interesting, salty-sweet veil on the nose and palate. Dark chocolate, honey, yeast, dried corn, lime blossom and wood. Amber in color, as it ferments in wooden barrels (taru).
