About the wine

The grapes dry until December 1 (harvest at the end of September). A wine of great elegance, structure and character. Very fine and precise aromas, warm and spicy, rich in notes of berries, ripe fruit, cinnamon and pepper. Classic aromas of violets and dried roses. Warm and soft on the palate, it goes perfectly with red meat, game and aged cheese.
