Tasting note
Golden yellow, intensely fruity with floral and mineral notes. A wonderful, exciting white wine, fermented during 7 phases of the moon on its own wild yeasts in a reductive environment. It is then aged for 2 years on the fine yeast in a steel tank. The biodynamic wine contains no added sulfites (nature wine)
