About the wine
If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Serpaiolo Rosso Maremma IGT. Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Serpaia di Endrizzi conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The bright ruby red wine has aromas of ripe fruit in its complex bouquet. On the palate, it is very harmonious, fresh, well-structured and, thanks to the soft tannins, leaves a warm, long-lasting impression.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy dishes, aged cheese and also with hearty meats.
Vinification
The respective grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After contact with mash for around 20 days, it is aged for 10 months in large oak barrels and a further 2 months for refinement in the bottle.
