Tasting note
Deep ruby red. On the nose, notes of blackberries, black cherries and hints of vanilla. On the palate, with aromas of ripe plums and mocha. Soft tannins, balanced acidity and a long, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a lamb kebab or hearty pasta.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in American and French oak barrels for 18 months.
