Fleur du Cap’s Series Privée Chardonnay from the Western Cape is fresh and approachable, with bright fruit and a smooth, creamy feel. It’s an easy-going white that fits perfectly with casual get-togethers or relaxed moments when you just want to enjoy a good glass of wine.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose with aromas of ripe apple, pineapple and vanilla. On the palate, with a creamy structure and aromas of pear, peach and light mango notes. Harmonious acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fried fish or oven-baked poultry.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and aged in new 225 l barriques.
