Tasting note
The playful aromas of fresh grape skins express a lot of finesse with a very special structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of nutmeg, peach and lychee reveal their own character. A white wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in Salta and are selectively harvested at night. Gentle vinification in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness and aroma.
