About the wine
Remote landscapes in Marlborough/Blenheim give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the New Zealand winery Seresin Estate conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the delicious Seresin Sauvignon Blanc from 2014, you will positively surprise your friends.

Tasting note
The bouquet impresses with its abundance, but also with lots of fruit aromas. The aromas typical of the variety (gooseberry, green apple, pear, citrus fruits, passion fruit, mango) as well as fresh vegetative notes and some honey in the bouquet can be identified. On the palate, Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough wine-growing region shows a straightness and typicality. It is dense and has lots of fruit at the same time. The aftertaste is balanced, persistent and complex: a great white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine, spinach soufflé, poached fish, asparagus.
Vinification
10% of the must is vinified in barriques (French oak) and then aged for a few months. The rest is aged in stainless steel tanks.
