This snappy Riesling 2015 — Serese Benaco Bresciano IGT crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Beautiful and blooming landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Belmonte conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Riesling with Asian food or shrimps.

Vinification
Serése', is made from a successful composition of 75% Rhine Riesling and the remaining 25% Incrocio Manzoni (Rhine Riesling x Pinot Bianco). It is fresh, floral with a splash of minerality. Incredibly balanced and extremely tasty. It is difficult not to drink the bottle completely empty. PS: It has only 12% alcohol and goes well with freshwater fish (see monthly recipe) and fresh cheeses or simply as an aperitif wine. It is certified as an organic wine and vegan, and the grapes are washed before pressing. dry extract 21 g/l, acidity 6.5 g/l.
