Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose with aromas of citrus and white flowers. Crunchy fresh on the palate and aromas of apple, melon and light almond notes. Crunchy acidity and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with grilled pulpo and scampi
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed, fermented at 16° for 10 days and aged in steel tanks.
