Tasting note
After only a short aging of 7 months in French and American oak barrels, this single-varietal Tempranillo has a wonderful fresh, fruity nose with notes of red berries, sour cherries and some rose hips. On the palate, with inviting, juicy fruit, spicy wild herb touch and fine roasted aromas. Moderate, uncomplicated drinking experience.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with Spanish rice stir-fry, pasta dishes, stews and various vegetables. Sausages and meat from the (charcoal) grill are also great.
