About the wine
Chazánte is a non-alcoholic sparkling tea that combines the aromatic diversity of exclusive teas with the freshness, acidity and minerality of a wine — finely sparkling and completely without alcohol. The nose shows notes of ginger, herbs and lemongrass. Jasmine green tea from Fujian and sencha from Zhejiang provide plant-based freshness, while First Flush Darjeeling adds depth and elegance with floral accents.

Finely balanced green teas — jasmine from Fujian and sencha from Zhejiang — give the sparkling tea a vegetable-grassy freshness, while First Flush Darjeeling provides depth with floral accents. Wonderfully fresh, spicy and sparkling.
Culinary recommendation
Particularly harmonious with seafood and mild Asian dishes — and also a refreshing treat on its own.

De-alcoholized wine (grapes, grape must concentrate, stabilizer: citric acid and/or yeast mango proteins, acidity regulator: tartaric acid and/or malic acid, preservative: sulfites), tea infusion (49%, of which herbal tea 40%, Sencha & Jasmin 44%, Darjeeling 16%), carbon dioxide, acidifier: citric acid.
