About the wine
Enchanting and fertile landscapes of Aconcagua give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Chilean winery Robert Mondavi/Eduardo Chadwick conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or Gruyère burgers.
Tasting note
Complex aromas of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, tobacco and fine spices. Powerful and elegant on the palate, with ripe tannins and a long-lasting, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine beef, game dishes and aged blue cheese.
Vinification
Careful handpicking, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 22 months in French oak barrels.
