Tasting note
Cherry red color. Intense aroma of red fruits, mainly cherry. The oak is perfectly integrated in aroma and taste. Very soft on the tannins, balanced, elegant, fresh and structured, with a long and delicious finish., Kirsch

Vinification
100% Castelao is harvested by hand and fermented in a temperature-controlled manner. For further aging, the wines are stored in used French oak barrels for 12 months. 3150 bottles were filled.
