Tasting note
Dark purple color. Complex, intense scent, with cocoa and chocolate in the background and a mix of ripe fruit and licorice. Velvety on the palate, fruit, acidity and tannins are nicely balanced. Balsamic, elegant aftertaste, fine herbs, with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat. Tasty dishes or even with game.
