Tasting note
Color: Dark cherry red with purple reflections. Aroma: Bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices. A touch of vanilla, licorice and subtle roasted aromas, which give this wine a spicy and balsamic scent. Character: Strong start with structure and character. Pleasant tannins. Spicy on the palate with fruit aromas of red and dark berries, plums and cherries. Long, harmonious finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats and barbecues, well-seasoned dishes and cozy get-togethers.
Vinification
Ageing for 12 months, 80% in 225 liter American barriques and 20% in French barriques.
