Tasting note
You can tell from the color alone that we have a wonderful blanc de noirs in the glass here. On the nose, a great freshness with light aromas of green strawberries and currants. On the palate, a great complexity and structure with an invigorating acidity and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, with hearty starters, smoked fish, fine poultry, asparagus dishes or mushroom risotto. Also great with ham platters, quiche or vegetarian cuisine with nutty aromas.
Vinification
Traditional bottle fermentation in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. 2 g/l dosage.
