Tasting note
Straw yellow with a seductive Mediterranean nose of ripe citrus fruits, yellow plums, tyme and rosemary as well as a whiff of salty sea breeze. The palate is dry with a juicy mouthfeel and a balanced body. A fresh fiano that is not to be missed with its salty, citrus finish to summer tavolata.

Seven-day maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperature, without BSA. The wine is then aged in steel tanks on full yeast for three months.
