Tasting note
A typical Cirò DOC Rosso made from the typical Calabrian Gaglioppo grape variety. Red and black fruits interspersed with elegant spicy notes characterize the bouquet. Soft, full-bodied and balanced taste, with a medium-heavy body and a persistent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable for grilled meat, ragouts and roast lamb, but also with tuna steaks.
