About the wine
Sunny and beautiful landscapes of the Douro Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Pinalta Quinta da Covada conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. If we can offer something special at Easter 2019, it is this dominant Touriga Franca 2015 — Secegas Parceria Douro DOC. Tasting note
Dark black red. Flavors of plum, black cherry, pepper and chocolate. Dense and velvety on the palate, with a hint of vanilla and smoke. The result: a slightly more elegant wine with even more refinement than the previous two vintages. This wine grows on the Crowdfunded Secegas plot on the southern banks of the Douro. For the female investors, their commitment 7 years ago paid off. The wine has risen significantly in value. It is one of the rarest and best nature wines in Portugal.
