Vinification
Schum by Zürischum is made from a carefully selected blend of hand-picked Swiss grapes. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. This makes SCHUM an elegant Swiss alternative to prosecco. Schum offers a wonderfully floral, harmonious and easily accessible sparkling wine experience. It is best to enjoy it well chilled or on ice.
