Tasting note
Brass yellow shine, exotic nose (pineapple, passion fruit), remarkable volume, paired with great elegance, extremely long, fruity finish.
Vinification
The 100% healthy grapes were carefully placed on reed mats to dry. The heavily shrunken grapes were pressed after three months. Fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel tanks.
