Tasting note
Aromatic nose of peach, gooseberry, lime and pineapple. Juicy fruit, incredibly fresh and lively, with a crisp bite and cool minerality in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine with a slight spiciness, summer rolls, fried fish, goat cheese with mango chutney or simply as an aperitif on the terrace.
Vinification
In stainless steel tanks, then harmonized on fine yeast for a few months
