45-year-old Silvaner vines - ripe and hand-selected grapes - spontaneous fermentation and subsequent 11 months of storage in wooden barrels made from local oak.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment for this wine: now until 2028.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards over 45 years old. Spontaneously fermented in old wooden barrels. Aged for 11 months in old wooden barrels. Filled without addition of sulfur and without filtration.
