Tasting note
Purple hues with ruby reflections. The bouquet delights the nose with notes of red fruits, tangerines and black currants. On the palate, there is a wealth of exuberant aromas of musk and juniper. The velvety tannins caress the palate and make for a sensual drinking experience. The intense aftertaste is reminiscent of the volcanic spirit of Etna. A truly unique wine that knows how to inspire the connoisseur with its complexity and finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Traditional Italian dishes such as pasta alla norma, tortelli with meat sauce or lasagna.
Vinification
18 months in large oak barrels (80%) and in barriques (20%).
