About the wine
The calcareous, shale soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Pinot Noir with salmon or red meat.

Tasting note
Tobacco. Slight swabs must then be made on the palate. Great depth and absolute harmony, ultimate elegance, you can't expect that here. It is probably not a big plant, but it is a very good wine that gives a lot of drinking pleasure. All in all, this is a true burgundy for everyday use.

Goes well with pies, terrines, poultry dishes, cheeses, quiches, veal, soft cheeses.
Vinification
Aged for 14 - 18 months in pièce (French oak barrel with a capacity of 228 liters)
