Tasting note
Elegant, fruity bouquet dominated by aromas of red berries (cassis, cherries, raspberries) and floral scents (violets). Full-bodied, full-bodied with beautiful tannins that preserve the fruitiness. Soft, round and rich. Dense cherry red with garnet reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a juicy piece of beef, fried duck liver, poultry (fried, glazed, caramelized), brie, tomme and reblochon.
