About the wine

Tasting note
Ruby red in the glass, this Savigny 1er Cru Les Marconnets offers us notes of wood and licorice. On the palate, it is round and smooth with melted and elegant tannins and the aroma of red fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese, game, poultry and veal.
Vinification
Fermentation is traditionally carried out in open vats (100% malolactic). The wine then ages in oak barrels for 8 to 10 months.
