Tasting note
Rose gold with peach, apricot and passion fruit aromas. The palate is dry with a fresh, refreshing finish.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested in a cool early morning at 22° B, slightly crushed and brought to a low pressure of 1.4 bar. The juice was allowed to settle for two days before mixing and fermenting. Fermentation took place over a period of 13 days and the wine was left on the yeast for 5 months before being filtered and bottled.
