Tasting note
Sauvignon is a fine, slightly aromatic white wine of greenish-yellow color, intense grassy smell and fresh, racy taste with aromas of green peppers, gooseberries, tomato leaves and nettles.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with asparagus, onion soup, snails, brain pofeses, fish dishes, but wine is also suitable as an aperitif.
