Tasting note
Bright pale yellow color. In the complex bouquet, the characteristic notes of green tomato leaves are present but not overdosed. The pure-toned, extremely fresh fruit appeals to the palate. A harmonious Sauvignon typical of the variety.
Vinification
After fermentation, the wine rests on fine yeast, in steel tanks, for 7 months.
