Tasting note
Straw yellow with bright green reflections, full, bright and fresh. Intense and complex on the nose, pure and sophisticated. Fruity notes of peach, pineapple, lychee and passion fruit, backed by pleasant notes of herbs, ginger, sage, peppermint and flint. Palate: Excellent freshness and with great taste finesse. A wine with persistence that is supported by balanced acidity and finishes with a captivating mineral and balsamic note.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled fish, fresh seafood, goat cheese, light salads or as an aperitif. Perfect for Mediterranean dishes and light summer cooking.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must obtained is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is stored on lees in stainless steel containers for six months and then aged again in the bottle for at least two months.
