Tasting note
A particularly memorable white wine. The scent is reminiscent of elderberry, nettle and paprika. Refreshing and lively on the palate, with pleasant fullness and a mineral, juicy spice.
Culinary recommendation
Very good aperitif wine. However, it is also recommended with vegetarian starters, soups, pasta dishes, asparagus and grilled fish.
