About the wine

The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Schiopetto conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Straw yellow color, an elegant floral aroma accompanied by notes of citrus and tropical fruits gives Sauvignon its complexity on the nose. The palate is complemented by aromas of mint and nettle. Wide finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled fish, seafood, light pasta dishes, goat cheese or fresh summer salads.
Vinification
Fermented in steel tanks for 10-12 days at 14°C, aged on fine yeast for 8 months.
