About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the first-class Sauvignon Collio Orientali Friuli DOC, which was produced in 2016. The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Livio Felluga conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
The nose shows intense, varietal aromas of elderflowers, grapefruit, passion fruit and freshly cut grass. Lively and juicy on the palate, with crisp acidity, mineral freshness and a fruity, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goats cream cheese, asparagus with hollandaise, fish carpaccio, Asian dishes with lemongrass or even a fresh summer salad with citrus vinaigrette.
Vinification
The grapes come from the characteristic hills of Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. After careful handpicking, they are gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
