Tasting note
On the nose, the typical aromas of gooseberries and citrus fruits are complemented with and the scent of wild herbs. On the palate, lots of body, notes of dried fruit, hay flowers and spicy vanilla stalks. The wine is very lively and vibrates right down to the finish.
Culinary recommendation
From shrimps to shrimps to lobsters - he likes them all and accompanies them in an inspiring and equal way. It also goes well with fish dishes with strong seasonings. It also goes well with hard cheeses.
