Tasting note
Light straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Seductive and elegant on the nose. This Sauvignon Blanc offers intense and full fruit aromas of elderberry, melon and gooseberry, which skilfully blend with spicy nuances of paprika, asparagus and lemongrass. On the palate, as on the nose, the wine is wonderfully subtle and elegant. Juicy and refreshing. The aftertaste is smooth and appetizing.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious with fish, white meat, asparagus or asparagus risotto.
Vinification
The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were cold macerated for 18 to 24 hours before they were fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. In addition, 9% of the wine was fermented in oak barrels and aged on the lees using the sur lie method, which gives this wine a particular depth and seductive power
