Tasting note
Light green gold Straight-lined, intense varietal characteristics in the bouquet: lychee, lemon, white flowers. Fresh and invigorating, very juicy in acidity, subtle melting rounds off.
Vinification
Gravity pressing without destemming preserves the finesse of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. In order to express the diversity of the terroir during aging, the estate selects the appropriate containers for each terroir and allows the various wines to mature on lees in stainless steel tanks for four months.
