Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc has put New Zealand on the map with its captivating taste. This, the 41st vintage of our Sauvignon Blanc, is of mouthwatering intensity and reveals notes of kaffir lime, hibiscus and pink grapefruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled salmon or trout.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the grape juice was settled and bottled before being transferred to French oak barrels (20 percent of which were new barrels). After fermentation was complete, the Chardonnay aged for a further 11 months before being assembled. 21 percent of the wine went through malolactic fermentation.
