About the wine
The 2024 Krauthaker Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and juicy, delivering lively fruit and a touch of elegance. It’s an easygoing white that makes every casual get-together feel a little brighter and more refreshing.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of ripe grapefruit and exotic fruits, flowers and spices. On the palate, the wine is very lively with good acidity, pleasant bitterness and a slight piquancy. It is round, warm and with a firm body. Juicy and well-structured, with an invigorating, well-integrated acidity. The aftertaste is relatively long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with antipasti, fish dishes and asparagus.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and crushed overnight. After two weeks of fermentation in steel tanks, the wine remains on the fine lees until maturing is complete.
