Tasting note
Aged in steel tanks and in large wooden barrels. Complex, mineral and crystal clear on the palate. Racy acid structure with a drinking-stimulating train. Very complex with deep seasoning. Ripe pear tones, plus aromatic elderberry, juicy kiwi and fine citrus notes.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with asparagus, mozzarella or classically prepared freshwater fish. Can also be easily combined with light vegetable dishes or salad variations.
