Tasting note
Intense bouquet of gooseberries, elderflowers and ripe figs. The taste of the wine is juicy and elegant with a pleasant, mineral acid structure.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, after which the wine is aged on fine yeast for 6 months.
