About the wine
The fertile and sunny landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Henri Badoux conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Colour: bright lemon yellow; bouquet: aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and subtle notes of butter and caramel; palate: lots of freshness, distinctive citrus aromas, a firm and impressive structure, accompanied by milky notes, everything wrapped in a pleasant creaminess

Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Nach einem langsamen, sanften Pressen vollzieht sich die Gärung während einigen Tagen bei relativ niedrigen Temperaturen. So wird ein Maximum an Fülle gewonnen, aber Finesse und das sortentypische Bukett beibehalten. Ausbau in Edelstahltanks.
