Color: Beautiful yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: The bouquet is reminiscent of vanilla, elderberry, gooseberry and fine herbs. Character: Full bodied on the palate with a nice fruit. A harmonious, elegant wine with a persistent finish.

Goes well with light starters, asparagus dishes, grilled vegetables, fish and goat cheese.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in steel barrels. 5-month aging in steel barrels and large wooden barrels.
