Tasting note
This Sauvignon Blanc has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose is dominated by refreshing aromas of citrus fruits, gooseberries, elderflowers and exotic nuances of melon and grapefruit. On the palate, it is dry and very fruity with an animating acidity and a mineral aftertaste. A refreshing and crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with aperitifs, aromatic starters, lobsters, crustaceans, salmon, risotto and soups
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and, after cold maceration, fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. 100% aging takes place in stainless steel tanks on yeast.
