Aromatics: Intense, brilliant on the nose, clear, typical of gooseberries, subtle vegetal with a floral note of elderflower, ripe fruity nuances of passion fruit, distinctive minerality, fine earthy nuance. Body: Very long, intensive start, typical freshness, fine acidity, medium-bodied, distinctive aroma on the palate. Quality: A different, very exciting look on a well-known grape variety.
