Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of gooseberry, elderberry, stinging nettle and a touch of herbal spice. On the palate, well-balanced and exotic fruits, backed by slightly grassy nuances. Medium-bodied in the aftertaste with a noticeable mix of fruits typical of the variety. Juicy, powerful aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fresh summer salads, fresh goat cheese, grilled vegetables, light fish dishes, Asian-spiced dishes or pasta with lemon or herb sauce. Also excellent as an aperitif wine or with light starters with citrus or fruit components.
